Meet Linda
I am a seasoned professional with a deep commitment to coaching, facilitating and creative development. I have over 30 years’ community development, cross-sector collaboration and management experience, driving positive change in local Northern Ireland communities, England and the USA. I am highly skilled in building rapport and trust with both individuals and teams, and in facilitating group work in a variety of settings including those that bring people from different backgrounds or disciplines together.
I work from the philosophy of giving 'all I have got' in terms of energy, creative ideas, high degrees of motivation and a solid awareness of leadership, offering personalised and organisational support. Most people would describe me as someone who is able to build strong connections and co-create creative, tailored and interactive interventions.
I am known for my diplomacy, as an encourager and a leader who drives positive change and as having a good sense of humour.
I was exposed to creativity and fun from an early age and this has built the foundation for the creative approach I take to my work/ life balance. These valued years of play should not stop because we grow up!
My Approach
I have enjoyed over 30 years’ of community development work which complemented my passion for people and organisations to experience personal/ professional development. I bring a community development approach to life in the work I do.
I am thankful for how community work included so many roles (including many that did not quite make the job description!); volunteering, managing, entertaining, negotiating, listening, advocating, bringing hope, delivering sad news, wiping tears, learning, finding funding, driving a minibus, caretaking buildings and loving people. These experiences all influence my approach.
I love to see individuals and organisations grow both personally and professionally to become their best version.
Working with me you can expect energy, creative ideas, inspiration, encouragement, motivation, kindness and fun!
I will; work with you to deliver what you need, be flexible, actively listen, create a safe space for you/ your team to learn and explore.
I am all about meaningful work that encourages moving forward, achieves objectives and solves problems.
My Values
Authenticity
I am true to myself and value others being true to themselves. I am a genuine person.
Adapability
I value being able to adapt to new situations and change in both professional or personal life. I enjoy exploring outside of the familiar.
Creativity
I love creativity as it lights up the brain and brings extra shine to our thoughts. I find this helps with problem solving in both work and life.
Curiosity
I am curious with a mind-set to grow, learn, ask questions and foster innovation personally or in an organisation.

Sometimes organisations experience change and support is needed to look at the current design or to explore the need to re-design, allowing you to align or re-align with your strategy, goals or purpose. I can:

Client Reviews
“The management training we went through with Linda was an invaluable experience. It helped us grow as a team and provided space for those much-needed “courageous conversations”. Linda’s approach brought out the best in us, strengthening our teamwork and communication. Everyone left feeling empowered with a renewed passion for our projects and a deeper appreciation for each other’s challenges. I look forward to continuing this journey with Linda as the team grows. All organisations and businesses need to take time out of the office, step away from daily operations and spend time actively listening to each other. Linda is an exceptional facilitator and her compassion and understanding shines through everything she does.”
